If a windows device is showing low storage, the likely cause is leftover Adobe files. Try the following process:
Go to this link and download PatchCleaner: https://sourceforge.net/projects/patchcleaner/
Once installed:
1. Run the program
2. Once the loading bar is complete, select the gear icon near the bottom right of the app window
3. In the new window, click on adobe, then select the x icon (this removes the adobe filter)
4. Click save in the bottom right of the window
5. Click refresh on the original window
6. Once the loading bar has completed this pass, select delete
Now check the storage again and verify there is reclaimed space on the drive.
