1. With a faculty image, navigate to bender and link a mailroom printer to the computer, ensure it is set as the default print option in windows settings
2. Navigate to COBIT folder on Bender, download the "Claude form"
3. Open the README document
4. Open outlook and login to Outlook with an st account, keep open in background
5. Install python 3.13 from the store
6. Right click "laptop_checkout_form.py" and run with python (you can create a desktop shortcut of this file to make it more easily accessible)
