What do I do?

Have you just gotten to this job  and nobody told you what to do? Well here is a list of people that can help

1. First have you used your brain? Take deep breaths and think. 
2. Have you checked this knowledge base it has a lot of historical and good stuff.

5. have you asked the current faculty IT employee above your tech lead
