Occassionally we will get meter reading requests from campus to assess the use and wear on printers. For this we have the two Konica Minoltas in our office and the one in the academic suite. To do these readings they will submit a ticket that has a link to where we input the data.
To gather the information they want we want to visit the printers in person and go to utility > counter to find the info.
Additionally, this info can be found by going Device information > Meter Count via the web based page for each printer.
